Qualifications

Responsibilities

Review and verify criminal, civil, and other public records as part of rental applicant background screenings.
Research and resolve missing or unclear case details using internal systems and public databases.
Apply client criteria to determine eligibility while maintaining business and legislative compliance requirements.
Accurately document findings and respond to internal questions regarding pending searches, results, or screening guidelines.
