Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Public Records Analyst in Santa Ana to perform thorough background screenings on rental applicants by reviewing criminal, civil, and other public records. You’ll analyze records, apply client criteria, and ensure compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable results.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, research skills, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, legal studies or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in research, court records, investigations, or a related area involving criminal or civil court systems.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Basic understanding of legal or court terminology.
• Good research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
