Job summary

Vertical Screen in Warminster, PA is seeking a Public Records Analyst to examine criminal and civil records and generate client reports per local, state, and federal guidelines. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday on-site role with several shift options. Training will occur on the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift for 2–4 weeks.

The position pays $16/hr. Responsibilities include reviewing source documents under FCRA and state rules, performing necessary research, and entering findings into proprietary

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to analyze records thoroughly and report clearly

Responsibilities

• Review source documentation for pre-employment screening under FCRA and state/client rules
• Contact agencies as needed and order case information
• Prepare reports by entering data into proprietary software
• Submit reports to the validation team for further processing
