Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• High volume outbound calling experience.
• Strong data entry and typing skills (40 WPM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to follow directions and receive constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching market and property data through phone interviews, email, and internet searches.
• Gather, organize, and compile real estate information; update internal data entry systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Conduct external phone interviews and online research to obtain timely market insights.
• Provide general research support and maintain professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
