• Professional and clear communication skills.
• Commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve missing or unclear case details using internal systems and public databases.
• Apply client criteria to determine eligibility while maintaining business and legislative compliance requirements.
• Accurately document findings and respond to internal questions regarding pending searches, results, or screening guidelines.
