ICF in Reston, VA is seeking a Public Policy & Comment Analysis Specialist to support federal regulatory initiatives through rigorous review and analysis of public comments. The role offers hybrid work with telework flexibility and exposure to diverse federal agencies.

You will guide project teams, interact with clients, contribute to rulemaking documents, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Required: bachelor’s in public policy or related field, 3+ years in government or similar setting,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a government agency, professional services firm, or related environment.
• Master’s degree (Public Policy or related field) or equivalent plus 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of and experience providing comment analysis support for federal agency rulemakings and initiatives.
• U.S. Citizenship is required per federal contracts.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a moderate-level government security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze public comments on proposed agency rules and initiatives.
• Direct teams on tasks and projects related to comment analysis for federal regulatory initiatives.
• Interact with federal agency clients to clarify goals and direction.
• Draft, edit, and format federal rulemaking documents.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction to project staff.
• Manage project budgets and schedules.
