Job summary

ICF is seeking a part-time Senior Federal Rulemaking Specialist to assist federal agencies with policy issues and regulatory programs. This position is available immediately and can be performed fully remotely, with optional work at ICF’s Reston, VA headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and extensive experience in federal regulatory processes. Key responsibilities include drafting rulemaking documents and managing client relationships. Competitive pay ranges from $67,355.00 to $114,503.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a government agency or related environment.
• Understanding and experience working within the federal rulemaking process.
• U.S. Citizenship required by federal contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engagements to support federal clients with policy development.
• Draft and format federal agency rulemaking documents.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
