Job summary

ICF is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Public Policy to support analysis of public comments on federal rulemaking. The role is part-time, on-call, with a Fall 2026 start and at least ten weeks of commitment. Expect to work at least 15 hours per week, with pay at $23 per hour.

Hybrid arrangements are available from Reston, VA, or remote within Central/Eastern U.S. Time Zone. Applicants should have 60 college credits in relevant fields and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 completed college-level credit hours in public policy, public health, environment or related program.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze public comment submissions and assign comments to topical categories.
• Assist in processing comments and identifying mass mail campaigns.
• Provide verbal and written progress updates to project staff.
• Prepare written technical documentation.
