Job summary

ICF is seeking a seasonal associate to support the review and analysis of public comments on federal policy topics. This is a part-time, on-call role starting Fall 2026, with a minimum of 15 hours per week and a ten-week commitment.

Pay is $23 per hour, with possible remote work from Central/Eastern U.S. Time Zone or a hybrid arrangement from Reston, VA headquarters. U.S. Citizenship is required for federal contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 college credits in policy, health, environment, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracts.
• Part-time, on-call, Fall 2026 start; about 15+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze public comment submissions and assign to topical categories.
• Assist in processing comments and identifying mass mail campaigns.
• Provide verbal and written progress updates to project staff.
• Prepare written technical documentation.
