ICF seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to deliver applied research and quantitative analysis for environmental and public health programs across federal and state agencies. You will work on multidisciplinary teams to evaluate risks, model outcomes, and inform regulatory decisions.

Based in Reston, VA or Waltham, MA, this full-time role emphasizes strong data skills, policy knowledge, and collaboration with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in environmental science/engineering/economics or related quantitative discipline with minimum 4 years of experience
• PhD in environmental science/engineering/economics or related field with minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; independent and innovative

Responsabilidades

• Provide applied research and quantitative analyses for environmental and public health programs
• Develop and apply analytical models to support policy decisions
• Analyze large datasets using R and Python
• Prepare technical memos, policy analyses and client presentations
• Interact with clients and support business development efforts
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams on regulatory development and risk assessment
