Job summary

The State of Michigan DTMB seeks an Information Technology Specialist 14 to support the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and CEPI. You will triage IT issues, escalate as needed, and ensure security compliance in collaboration with a team of IT professionals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s or higher in CS/IT or related fields, or an associate’s with relevant experience; a strong focus on communication, documentation, and customer service in a hybrid Lansing office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in CS/IT or related field.
• Associate's degree with 16 semester credits and 2+ years as IT professional.
• High school level with 3+ years of IT experience and 4 years professional work.
