Job summary

Job description

The Client Specialist supports the Michigan Department of Education and Center for Educational Performance and Information as part of the Department of Technology, Management and Budget. This role involves triaging and resolving IT issues for clients, facilitating escalations according to department policies, and assisting with security compliance.
