Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps, Office products, line-of-business software, and Windows end-user environments.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and related productivity tools.
• Experience with first-level help desk or call center support and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level application and end-user tech support to Michigan Legislative Council employees.
• Document issues, triage tickets, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Assist with basic workstation setup and peripheral devices; collaborate with developers and admins.
