Qualifications

• Possession of a certificate in information systems, data processing, electronics technology, mainframe operations, or microcomputer systems gained through completion of a one-year, college level curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Log and track requests from clients and partners.
• Investigate, evaluate and resolve reported IT issues and requests.
• Provide technical assistance in implementing technology and automation initiatives.
• Perform initial diagnosis and determine escalation needs.
• Install and maintain software; troubleshoot workstations and related hardware.
• Answer technical phone lines and support users.
