Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Four years of skilled construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field may substitute for up to four years of experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspects public infrastructure for cleaning and television projects to ensure conformance to contract documents and city codes.
• Coordinates measurements, inspections, and reviews to assure conformance with technical specifications.
• Prepares field notes, checklists, logs, and technical reports for job sites.
• Maintains filing systems and documentation; reviews drawings and specifications for municipal projects.
• Interacts with the public, contractors, professionals, and businesses to address inquiries and technical problems.
