Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems and user access management.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline support lead for the Vital Records Help Desk, onboarding and data quality inquiries.
• Troubleshoot user workflows and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate and co-facilitate training requests, webinars, and SOP updates.
• Conduct user testing and document findings to SOPs.
