Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide efforts to improve vital records registration in Texas.
• Monitor providers for compliance with laws, SLAs, performance measures, policies and procedures.
• Develop and deliver trainings and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects and workplans to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
