Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university and one year of experience related to area of assignment.
• Bachelor's degree in public health or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Coursework, internship, or practical experience using SQL, Excel, analytics, reporting, databases, health information, or public-health data.

Responsibilities

• Supports data-quality assurance, reporting, record matching, information fulfillment, recurring data exchanges, and controlled data operations for Georgia's vital records program.
• Uses SQL, Excel, reporting tools, and vital records systems to prepare accurate and secure information.
• Builds proficiency in birth, death, fetal-death, marriage, divorce, and related data while protecting confidential information.
