The Vital Records Data Quality Analyst I position with the Georgia Department of Public Health supports data-quality assurance, reporting, record matching, information fulfillment, recurring data exchanges, and controlled data operations for the vital records program.

You will use SQL, Excel, and vital records systems to prepare accurate, secure information while protecting confidential data and building proficiency across birth, death, and related records.

Qualifications

• Coursework, internship, or practical experience using SQL, Excel, analytics, reporting, databases, health information, or public-health data.
• Exposure to Tableau or another visualization platform, record matching, data-quality work, structured files, testing, or regulated records.
• Experience in vital records, public health, healthcare, government, research, or another confidential-data environment.
