Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field and 2 years’ experience in hospital or behavioral health setting.
• Experience providing administrative support in a clinical environment.
• Knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily environmental care rounds and coordinates resolutions for identified issues.
• Orders and tracks unit and patient supplies; maintains PAR levels and purchase records.
• Provides administrative support to the Psychiatric Nurse Unit Manager (PNUM) including audits and reporting.
• Maintains files, policies, and protocol manuals; ensures regulatory compliance and infection control standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned (5–10%).
