Qualifications
- 5+ years of documented experience with CDC, federal, or related public health entities; or a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in same.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CDC Public Trust clearance.
- Experience in process analysis, improvement and redesign, with governance review.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement.
- Review and update governance processes to support decision-making.
- Assess current processes and design future-state solutions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate on technology-related enhancements where appropriate.
- Train staff on new or altered processes with job aids and guides.
- Monitor and evaluate changes to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop process improvement functions and activities.
