Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to provide executive-level support to CDC leaders in a hybrid environment. The role covers calendar management, travel logistics, time-keeping, and documentation for senior staff and teams.

You will arrange meetings, prepare briefs, and edit presentations while ensuring adherence to agency policies and confidentiality. In this hybrid role, on-site presence is required three days per week with additional on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars of senior staff and team members, coordinating invites and schedules.
  • Assist with meeting management: agendas, minutes, actions follow-up.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation; process travel approvals and expense vouchers (CONCUR).
  • Maintain travel trackers and budgets; support conference requests and guidelines.
  • Provide after-hours support for travel emergencies.
  • Provide time-keeping using the TASNet system.
  • Draft and send non-technical correspondence for leaders.
  • Maintain orientation and organizational materials; prepare briefing documents and slides.
  • Support purchasing activities using CCPS; back up other program analysts.

Overview

Goldbelt Professional Services (GPS) specializes in providing support and expert resources for an extensive range of Public Health missions. This includes scientific, technical, and administrative support ranging from junior staff to high-level Subject Matter Experts. We are research- and data-driven, with a team of experts ready to create solutions and customized support.

Summary

The Program Analyst will provide executive-level support to CDC leaders. Administrative duties will include, but are not limited to, complex calendar and meeting management, travel arrangements, time-keeping services, correspondence, documentation, and coordination.

Hybrid Position Details

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week on site, and working up to five days on site as needed.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
  • Manage complex calendars of senior staff and team members by responding to invites and inquiries, noting dates, and times of important events, and scheduling and rescheduling meetings.
  • Assist with meeting management by preparing agendas, recording meetings, taking notes, disseminating meeting notes and following up on action items.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation; prepare travel authorizations and expense vouchers using HHS/CDC travel management system (CONCUR).
  • Maintain/update travel trackers and travel budgets; manage conference requests; and provide guidelines to staff on travel procedures
  • Provide occasional support for travel emergencies after hours or on weekends.
  • Provide time-keeping services using the TASNet system.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of hours, attendance, and adherence to agency policies.
  • Draft and send correspondence on non-technical, administrative matters on behalf of leaders.
  • Maintain up-to-date orientation and organizational materials.
  • Prepare briefing documents and edit slide presentations.
  • Perform purchasing activities using Credit Card Purchasing System (CCPS).
  • Provide backup coverage support for other program analysts.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to set up and effectively coordinate virtual and hybrid meetings.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Skilled in building rapport and maintaining effective relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple work streams, multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to provide after-hours support when needed.
  • Exercises judgment on prioritization, meeting requests, and urgent matters affecting senior leaders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree plus 10 years' experience or High school diploma plus 15 years' experience
  • Prior experience working with the CDC is required, as it helps understand the organization’s culture and environment.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems like TASNet and EASI.
  • Experience with travel management systems such as CONCUR.
  • Professional and composed, able to represent executives and organizations with credibility.
