Job summary

Goldbelt Integrated Logistics Services, LLC is seeking a Program Management Analyst to support CDC operations in Atlanta, GA. The contractor will be stationed on-site at the CDC Chamblee Campus and assist in managing contracts, budgets, and program documentation.

The role requires federal budgeting/financial management experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with senior staff. CDC clearance is required for employment at a government facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience supporting Federal Government financial, budget, procurement, grants or contract functions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a complex environment.
• Excellent judgement, decision making, and analytical skills; business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on RFC development and procurement processes.
• Assist in preparing contracts, IAAs, IPAs and related agreements.
• Ensure compliance with program management policies and procedures.
• Guide document entry in tracking systems and support reporting.
• Develop management briefs and supporting documentation for review and execution.
• Compile data and prepare program management status reports for leadership.
