Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Public Health Analyst III to support CDC programs, strengthen capacity building, and provide technical assistance across multiple CDC initiatives. The role will assess program capacities, develop TA frameworks and resources, and support outbreak response and grants management activities.

The position is based in the Atlanta, GA area, with potential telework as contract needs dictate. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting public health programs and capacity building.
• Ability to develop technical assistance frameworks, tools, guides, and toolkits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience with grants management, NOFO processes, and recipient engagement is desirable.
• Ability to establish relationships with federal and nonfederal partners.
• Willingness to participate in outbreak-response activities and travelwithin the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assess disease intervention capacities to guide prevention and intervention strategies.
• Collaborate to develop technical assistance frameworks and resources.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
• Create evidence-based technical assistance resources and toolkits.
• Support outbreak responses and field activities as needed; may require travel.
• Participate in meetings and reviews; assist with NOFO processes and funding packages.
• Provide webinar and recipient call support for NOFOs.
