Goldbelt Professional Services, LLC (GPS) seeks a Program Manager II to support the CDC with project and program management for emergent public health priorities. You will develop governance, tracking systems, and dashboards, while leading change management and transition planning to strengthen program delivery.

The role is based in the Atlanta, GA area with potential telework as contract needs dictate, and requires coordination with leadership and diverse stakeholders to drive timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and programs with planning, execution and risk management.
• Ability to develop tools, governance, tracking systems and dashboards.
• Experience leading change management and transition planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize emerging priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience creating training plans and job aids.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a feedback loop to identify emerging threats and impacts.
• Create governance structures and dashboards to monitor projects and risks.
• Lead change management and transition planning efforts.
• Develop tools and SOPs for project management and governance.
• Support leadership with deadlines for major events and communications.
• Provide workgroup support and produce a production calendar.
