Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Florida required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in clinical nursing and vaccine administration preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic flow for scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
• Assist ARNPs and physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines; document in Florida Shots.
• Collect vitals and health information; prepare patient prior to exams.
• Maintain vaccine handling and storage per policy.
• Maintain complete electronic health records and perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Coordinate prescriptions and assist with care coordination activities.
• Support QA, data entry, and reporting processes.
