Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Florida license.
• BLS certification.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience in Community Health Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and DON.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver safe, high‑quality primary care.
• Perform charting in the patient electronic medical record (EMR) per CFHC policies.
• Administer injections and vaccines as directed by providers.
• Perform waived lab analyses (e.g., urinalysis, pregnancy test, hemoglobin, glucose, strep, flu).
• Maintain infection control standards and prepare exam rooms for patient visits.
