Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services LLC is seeking a Public Health Analyst I to perform data management and help desk tasks for NHSN-related duties within the DHQP (Vaccine) Surveillance Branch.

You will support Level 1 and Level 2 help desk activities, assist with NHSN enrollment, document processes, and contribute to CDC response efforts, with a focus on infection prevention and health surveillance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in program analysis, public health or related field.
• Ability to obtain CDC Public Trust Clearance.
• Preferred: Master's in Public Health or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 help desk support for NHSN-related inquiries.
• Triages Level 2 issues to subject matter experts.
• Migrate email ticket management and create support docs.
• Assist NHSN facilities enrollment and data entry procedures.
• Support CDC response activities and training exercises as needed.
• Maintain electronic files and up-to-date NHSN documentation.
• Provide user support on CDC COVID-19 and HAI definitions and criteria.
• Identify updates to NHSN modules as technology and policy evolve.
