Job summary

Public Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a proactive Program Manager to join the PMO Office, bringing strong PMO knowledge, analytics and communication. You will forecast, manage and report portfolio metrics, collaborating with Solution Directors, Project Managers and Product Managers to ensure effective project delivery.

The role emphasizes policy development, risk management and KPI reporting, with a hybrid work schedule and a strong commitment to public health outcomes across the tri-state area.

Qualifications

• PMO experience, preferably PMO Analyst, with project data analysis, metrics and risk resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive initiatives.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to set and meet goals, assess resource needs, develop schedules, monitor status.
• Influencing and negotiating skills in environments with limited resource control.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMO Director with the development of policies, metrics and templates for monitoring.
• Oversee all phases of the project development process.
• Coordinate with Solution Directors, Project Managers and Product Managers for solicitations and renewals.
• Serve as a resource to Project Managers ensuring documentation is current and accurate.
• Generate KPI and capacity reports and identify process improvements.
• Develop criteria to identify and mitigate project risks and track resolutions.
