Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead modernization, interoperability, and data management initiatives for public health organizations. You will manage full lifecycle projects across planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and closeout, collaborating with PHAs, architects, vendors, and executives to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong experience in systems integration, cloud solutions, data modernization, and risk

Qualifications

• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD NACI.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Six (6) or more years of professional experience, including at least four (4) years leading full lifecycle technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology modernization projects.
• Serve as primary client PoC and manage relationships with PHAs and leadership.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate backlog updates, milestones, and Jira task hygiene.
• Support post-project reviews and lessons learned across engagements.
