Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology modernization projects for public health organizations. You will coordinate between PHAs, architects, developers, vendors, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with objectives.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, Bachelor’s Degree, and strong background in SDLC, cloud migrations, and data interchange standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years leading full lifecycle technology projects.
• Experience with SDLC and modern delivery methods (Agile/SAFe/Hybrid).
• Experience managing technology modernization, cloud migration, and data interoperability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology modernization initiatives for public health.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, maintain strong relationships, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and Jira artifacts; run standups and retrospectives.
• Coordinate risk, issues, and dependencies; communicate blockers to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; ensure quality and alignment of deliverables.
