Jobgether is facilitating a Project Manager role based in the United States, focused on government and public health initiatives. You will oversee project planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure delivery against goals.

You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and operations, translating complex data into actionable insights. Work with program leadership and external partners in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably federal government contracts or public sector.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and performance objectives.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support program leadership in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects for government and public health initiatives.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver recurring project reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Oversee financial operations including timesheets, labor tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and document discussions; act as primary communication contact.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting aligned with contractual requirements.
• Analyze data to identify insights and support data-driven decisions.
