Job summary

PHS is seeking a proactive Program Manager for the PMO Office in the tri-state area. The role requires strong PMO experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to forecast, measure, and report portfolio metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO office developing project management documentation, data analysis and risk resolution strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to drive initiatives to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PMO Director with policy, metrics and templates development for monitoring.
• Support all phases of the project development process.
• Coordinate with Solution Directors, Project Managers and Product Managers on solicitations and renewals.
• Ensure project documentation is current and accurate for PMO.
• Generate regular KPI, capacity and deliverable reports and identify process improvements.
• Develop criteria to identify and mitigate project risks and track resolutions.
