Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Public Health Analyst I to perform data management and help desk duties for the DHQP (Vaccine) Surveillance Branch. The role involves assisting NHSN enrollment, triaging support to SMEs, and maintaining user documentation to support NHSN users and partners.

The position requires 1–2 years in program analysis or related fields and the ability to obtain CDC Public Trust Clearance, with preferred Master’s degree in Public Health or related discipline.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.
• Experience working with government procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 (Facilities Enrollment) help desk support for ~200 emails per day and technical assistance.
• Assist users in acquiring digital credentials via SAMS.
• Enroll facilities in NHSN as needed.
• Triage Level 2 support to SMEs.
• Migrate the current email system for ticket management.
• Create and maintain user support documentation for NHSN users and partners.
