Responsibilities

• Oversee BCHAP procurement, contracting, purchasing, contract monitoring, and payment operations with compliance to state and federal requirements.
• Direct purchases within delegated authority; supervise purchasing staff, ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
• Provide leadership and strategic planning for BCHAP purchasing and contracting practices amid limited resources.
• Coordinate with Fiscal Unit and program teams to align funding availability and ensure timely procurement and payments.
• Advise program managers on procurement regulations, contract scope, and monitoring practices.
• Supervise staff and provide performance management, coaching, and professional development.
