• Maintain agency-wide SOPs for Fiscal Operations, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.
• Serve as MOSAIC advisor to the Office of the Comptroller and collaborate with CFO and Budget Director.
• Ensure payroll funding analysis and budget forecasting support across all appropriations.
