Job summary

Isanti County in Cambridge, MN seeks a Case Aide to support health and human services operations. You will assist with case coordination, data entry, and essential clerical tasks under supervision of a Public Health Nurse or Supervisor. This on-site role requires reliable attendance and strong communication.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), with a Monday–Friday schedule, and offers a competitive starting pay within the posted range plus longevity pay under the union contract.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with moderate administrative experience in health and human services.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with basic clerical tasks and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for programs.
• Review case records for required forms.
• Explain programs and services to individuals or groups.
• Assist individuals with applications and forms.
• Interview clients to gather and verify information.
• Refer to community resources as needed.
• Coordinate transportation to visits and appointments.
• Maintain accurate and orderly case records.
• Prepare reports and review vouchers for payment.
