Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and experience in a call center is preferred.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in a call center environment.
• Experience setting appointments using a shared database.
• Three years of customer service experience (e.g., cashier, answering phones, data entry).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer questions over the phone and in person, directing to appropriate departments.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for clients.
• Collect and enter demographic data and medical histories into the system.
• Manage administrative reports and assist in clinics as needed.
• Support WIC program processes and client eligibility loading on EBT when required.
