• Understands billing procedures from Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care plans; supports clinic cashiering and fee schedule knowledge.
• Updates EHR and prepares clients to be seen by providers; notes vital signs and abnormal results to assist clinicians.
• Maintains exam rooms and supplies; cleans and sterilizes equipment and monitors inventory.
