Qualifications

• Must have experience in Public Finance and understanding of related regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of finance concepts, credit/finance basics, and accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics on PF deals and assist with offering documents and disclosures.
• Support business development and client engagement activities for Public Finance.
• Coordinate with issuers, counsel, and rating agencies to facilitate debt structures and closings.
