Job summary

Northland in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Public Finance lead analyst to own deal analytics, disclosures and offering documents, while serving as a key contact with internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC and support market data analysis.

You will assist with business development, prepare proposals and presentations, and coordinate closing documents. This onsite role offers growth in a collaborative culture and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Public Finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3+ years in Accounting, Finance or Investments.
• General understanding of credit/finance concepts.
• Detail oriented with strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and financial software.
• Series 50/52/63/SIE exams are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics on deal analytics, disclosures and offering documents.
• Provide regulatory and liaison support with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze market data and identify trend opportunities in Public Finance.
• Assist with business development and client meetings.
• Coordinate deal processing, closings and documentation.
• Develop reporting tools for Northland management.
