Qualifications

• Experience in Public Finance and deal analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 3+ years in Accounting, Finance or Investments
• Strong communications/presentation skills
• Series 50, 52, 63, SIE licenses desirable
• Detail oriented and analytical

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, disclosure and offering documents for PF transactions.
• Serve as primary contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing analytic support and assist with deal processing.
• Develop and maintain market data understanding for PF opportunities.
• Assist in business development activities and financing proposals.
• Coordinate file documentation and closings; support issuers and credit enhancers.
