Northland Securities, Inc. is seeking a Public Finance lead analyst to manage deal analytics, disclosures, and offering documents. You will serve as a key contact with internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires developing market data insights, evaluating financing structures, and contributing to proposals and client conversations with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Public Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred; 3+ years in Accounting/Finance/Investments.
• General understanding of credit/finance concepts.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead analyst on deal analytics, disclosure and offering documents for Public Finance.
• Act as a primary contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop market data analyses to identify trend opportunities in PF and structures.
• Support compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, pitch books, and client meetings.
