The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting/finance, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities to support business development in a FINRA/SEC-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Public Finance experience required.
• 3+ years in accounting, finance or investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying and entering new markets, products, etc.
• Prepare deal analytics, disclosures, and offering documents.
• Coordinate with issuers, counsel and rating agencies.
• Support business development activities and proposals.
