Job summary

Truckee Sanitary District (TSD) seeks a qualified Finance and Administrative Manager to lead finance and customer services, reporting to the General Manager. The role oversees district-wide financial operations, budget development, and contract administration as part of the leadership team.

Ideal candidate has extensive public agency finance and governmental accounting experience, with strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in public agency finance and governmental accounting.
• Strong background in budget development for public agencies.
• Contract administration experience.
• Leadership skills including staff supervision and development.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with other departments for efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee finance and administration programs, projects, and special assignments.
• Provide expert advice to District management.
