Job summary

Truckee Sanitary District (TSD) is seeking a Finance and Administrative Manager to plan, manage, and direct finance and customer services operations. This leadership role oversees budgeting, contract administration, and related programs, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Under the General Manager, you will guide staff, implement financial systems, and collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and service quality. CalPERS benefits and generous leave are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive financial and administrative program management experience.
• Experience with public agency budget development and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and direct the District’s finance and customer services operations.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee programs, projects, and special assignments; provide expert financial advice to leadership.
• Lead and develop staff to meet organizational goals and compliance requirements.
