Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: four-year degree in finance, business or public administration; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible financial and administrative program management.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies in a public agency context.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and direct the District’s finance and customer services operations.
• Coordinate activities with other departments for efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee programs, projects, and special assignments and provide expert advice.
• Lead staff through selection, training, supervision, motivation, and evaluation.
