Job summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to support GSA PBS by overseeing daily operations, inspections, and project activities across federally owned and leased facilities in Washington, DC. The role ensures compliance with property management standards, coordinates with tenants and contractors, and provides on-site representation for building performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant management experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of leased properties or facilities.
• Knowledge of building codes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, tenants, and agencies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage federally owned and leased facilities to ensure compliance with GSA standards.
• Conduct maintenance, operational, and construction inspections; document findings and verify corrective actions.
• Support construction and repair projects with cost estimates, scopes of work, and progress monitoring.
• Serve as on-site GSA representative during construction activities, enforcing safety requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports, draft correspondence for signature, and manage project documentation.
