MIRACORP is seeking a Contract Facility Manager to support GSA PBS by overseeing daily operations, inspections, and project activities across federal facilities in Burlington, VT. The role requires strong commercial property management experience and hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage facilities to ensure compliance with property management standards.
• Oversee inspections of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire alarm).
• Support construction/repair projects with estimates and scopes of work.
• Represent on-site operations with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and document project activities.
• Monitor budgets, operating costs, and asset condition.
• Ensure safety requirements during construction activities.
• Coordinate with COR and provide operational support.
