Job summary

Join MIRACORP, a leader in federal facilities services, as a Contract Facility Manager (CFM) supporting GSA PBS. You will manage daily operations, inspections, and project activities across federally owned and leased facilities, ensuring compliance with GSA standards and coordinating with tenants and contractors.

The CFM role requires experience in managing multiple projects, knowledge of building systems, and the ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or building management.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and control systems.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years relevant management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of national/state/local building codes and ability to work with contractors/tenants.
• Ability to perform physical inspections wearing PPE.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with GSA PBS Portal and Lease Management Tool.
• Resume with at least three relevant projects including cost, duration, scope, challenges, and references.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage federally owned and leased facilities for compliance with GSA standards and lease terms.
• Conduct maintenance, inspections, document findings, issue deficiency notices, and verify corrective actions.
• Support construction and repair projects with cost estimates, scopes of work, progress monitoring, and closeout.
• Serve as on-site GSA representative during construction; enforce safety and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare inspection reports and budgeting support as directed by the COR.
• Maintain project and facility documentation and support tenant relations.
• Monitor operating costs and asset conditions for long-term preservation and performance.
• Perform physical inspections including access to roofs and mechanical spaces with PPE.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with contractors, tenants, and agencies.
